Yes! A nourishing lunch, along with tea and light refreshments, is included. We'll ask about dietary restrictions during registration.

We will accommodate your dietary needs. Please share any allergies or restrictions during registration.

In the case of rain, we will move all activities inside or cancel the event pending severe weather warnings. We will be in touch about any and all changes.

Hood Canal, the exact location will be provided after booking confirmation.

Up to 12 guest spots are available to maintain an intimate and personal atmosphere.

Zoya, owner of Prana Path, and another trusted yoga instructor will be leading the retreat. On site volunteers and staff may also be present.

Tickets are refundable pending approval until September 2nd.
Tickets may be transferred until September 30th.
In the case of retreat cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, the retreat guests will be refunded.

While the main entrance and ground floors are accessible, nature walks and yoga include stairs and more physical activity.

Absolutely! Many guests attend solo. The retreat is designed to create a welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable, whether arriving alone or with a friend or loved one.
