Where the journey begins

At the heart of my teaching is a simple yet powerful reminder: your breath is always there for you. It is your anchor, your life source, and your way home. Through accessible yoga, meditation, and breath-centered practices, I guide individuals and groups back to the present moment—where true connection begins. I offer community classes like Summer Yoga & Sound Bath in the park, as well as mindfulness-based workshops and team-building sessions for workplaces and schools. Whether we’re gathered under the open sky or in a professional setting, my goal is the same: to help you slow down, come back to your foundation, and remember the quiet value of being here—fully and completely—in this moment.

Live life like a force of nature.

Live life like a force of nature. The moment that phrase came to me, it hit something deep—raw, honest, and alive. It speaks to how I live and teach: in the space where opposites meet. Fierce and gentle. Grounded and wild. Movement and stillness. My work is about helping people reconnect with that natural rhythm. Whether through yoga, mindfulness, or community, this is your invitation to return to your own powerful flow.

We find we are interwoven threads in the intricate tapestry of life, its deep ecology.
