local yoga, meditation, and mindfulness to ground, awaken, and transform

root deep, rise strong

Founded on the belief that yoga isn’t about striving. It’s about remembering your wholeness. Through mindful movement, meditation, and community, we create spaces to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the life force — the prana — that moves through us all.

This is a path of presence, compassion, and deep belonging. Everyone is welcome here.

Why Prana Path?

Hi, I’m Zoya — and I’m so glad you’re here!

I created Prana Path as a space to reconnect with nature, with your breath, and most importantly, with yourself. In a world that often moves too fast and pulls us in a thousand directions, I wanted to offer something different: a grounded, intentional path where you can slow down, listen inward, and move forward with clarity.

“Prana” means life force, and to me, this journey is about honoring that energy through movement, stillness, breath, and connection to the natural world. Whether you’re seeking more presence in your daily life, tools for emotional balance, or simply a soft place to land, I hope Prana Path supports you in discovering your unique way forward.

Our Collaborative Process

What people are saying

  • Zoya joined our department’s leadership retreat with a grounding meditation and seated yoga session that beautifully set the tone for the day. The experience was inclusive, thoughtful, and aligned with our team’s focus areas. Zoya’s presence brought calm and connection—one of the standout moments of our retreat. I wholeheartedly recommend Zoya for any team-building event or workshop and look forward to working with her again!

  • Zoya has great energy, but in a way that feels grounded and welcoming, not overwhelming. She’s approachable, kind, and genuinely cares about the people in the room. Whether someone is new to yoga or has been practicing for years, she meets them where they are and creates a space that feels safe and supportive.

  • Zoya at Prana Path Yoga is one of those teachers you instantly feel comfortable learning from. Her classes are calm, well structured, and super beginner friendly, while still feeling meaningful if you’ve been practicing for a while. I especially love her approach to meditation. She makes it feel simple, grounded, and actually doable in everyday life, without overcomplicating it. Her cues are clear, supportive, and I always leave feeling more at ease in my body with a deeper sense of mental clarity to go with it. I’m continually grateful for the steadiness and care she brings to her teaching. Definitely recommend!
