Blending mindfulness, gentle movement, and meaningful connection practices, this session supports emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and a sense of shared humanity in the workplace.

Each offering can be adapted to your team’s schedule, energy level, and unique goals. Whether you’re planning a quick reset or a half-day retreat, we’ll help you create a flow that fits.

We’ll work with you to build a customized experience from the following offerings:

  • Gentle Yoga or Chair Yoga
